Indoor Growing is thriving to offer our customers the best pricing. If you would like to request a price match or price adjustment, please contact us.

If you find a better price before or after your purchase from Indoor Growing, we will match the price or provide with a partial refund to match the price*.

All price matching or adjustment requests must meet the following conditions* :

1. Price adjustment must be requested within 14 days of your purchase
2. Competitor must be a US based business and also an authorized dealer of the product
3. The product must be identical in brand, model, version, sizing and color
4. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor. Out of stock products are excluded.
5. We must be able to verify the requested price match (e.g. competitor product URL). Verbal agreements are not eligible. 

   As for physical stores, we may only match the price if you’re able to provide a quote from the merchant, verifying the product and the price offered. 

6. Shipping and/or handling fees charged by a competitor that apply to the cost of the product must be accounted in the final price of the requested product to be price matched. In other words, if a competitor is selling a product for US$ 100 plus a US$ 20 shipping fee, we will consider the total price matching cost to be US$ 120. This rule applies to any additional charges that we incur due to our price matching policy
7. We only offer price matching in US Dollars.
8. Auction sites (e.g. Ebay, Amazon), liquidation and clearance sales, used products, demo or floor models, and unofficial websites are not eligible for price matching
9. We reserve the right to limit the number of products purchased under our price matching policy
10. Cannot be combined with any additional discounts or promotions
11. We may refuse to match or adjust a price at our sole discretion
